Rules of the Complex
In the interests of safety and consideration for all residents and guests please observe the rules of the complex listed below.
Please do not hang towels or laundry over the rails of your terrace/balcony.
Please observe the rules outlined on the notice board in the pool area.
Drinking glasses or glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
Ball games and cycling are not allowed in the pool area or on the grass/lawns
Please keep off the grass/lawns.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area or gardens.
In consideration for other guests music by the pool or on individual terraces must not disturb others.
Please use the bins provided in the pool area for rubbish.
Please close the entry gates on entering or leaving the complex.
Do not lend the keys to the complex gates to any unauthorised person.
Non-residents are not allowed in the pool area, unless in the company of the owner/resident
NOTE : If you are renting a property we would also ask you to comply with these rules. Failure to do so will result in the owner of the property being contacted and you may be asked to leave.
It is illegal to rent properties on this complex as short term holiday lets of less than 3 months. Illegal renting will be reported to the authorities.
